Vivo X300 Ultra Rumored Specs

The latest information arrives from tipster Gadgetsdata, who shared the details on X (formerly Twitter). One of the biggest highlights in the leak is the twin 200MP sensors on its advanced camera system. The camera setup consists of a new 200MP Sony LYT901 camera that has a near 1-inch sensor size, a 50MP LYT828 ultra wide angle lens, a 200MP Samsung HPB telephoto shooter, and a 5MP multi-spectral sensor.

The telephoto camera may offer continuous zoom, like the Xiaomi 17 Ultra. This is in line with our previous report. Vivo will reportedly equip the X300 Ultra with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 flagship chip. A huge 7,000mAh battery pack could power this model, which might offer 100W wired fast charging and 40W wireless fast charging. Other notable rumored features include USB 3.2, IP69 rating for water and dust resistance, and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner.

The tipster stated that the Vivo X300 Ultra is getting a global and Indian release. To recall, the upcoming flagship surfaced on Europe’s EEC certification and Indonesia’s TKDN database, carrying the V2562 model number. In related news, the Chinese brand might be planning on launching the Vivo X500 Ultra earlier than expected, while the X300 Ultra might be the heaviest Ultra model flagship in the market. There are also rumors of a new Vivo X300 Max model that could debut alongside the X300 Ultra.
